Meet John Furnell

 

A dynamic speaker, corporate educator and coach who will inspire, motivate and equip your team members to reach their full potential while re-discovering passion for their work.

 

With over 20 years of experience, John has worked in a variety of industries as a regional and national trainer. Demonstrating a sincere passion to develop others professionally, he has had the opportunity to share his engaging and interactive training programs with thousands of people. Michelin USA, BMW  Manufacturing, The US Attorney's Office, The Social Security Administration, T&S Brass & Bronze Works, SC DHEC, SC House Calls and Notre Dame University are just a few of the clients he has had the privilege to work with.

 

Throughout his career, John has developed a unique connection with the health care community across the country. Having worked in hospitals, home care, and hospice himself, his professional experiences include employee recruiting, hiring and leadership development. Because of his extensive background working with medical professionals, John has been a guest speaker for The North Carolina Immunization Conference, The South Carolina Assisted Living Association, (SCALA), The American Case Management Association (ACMA), The National Private Duty Association (NPDA), and The Association of

Peri-Operative Registered Nurses (AORN), among others. John also served a 2-year term as Director-at-Large for the Carolinas Society for Health Care Education and Training and was the recipient of their coveted award for innovation and creativity in health care training.

 

John is the Founder and CEO of KeyPoint Training. For several years, he served as a preferred training partner with SkillPath Training and National Seminars, one of the largest public seminar organizations in the world. While there, he was awarded and recognized for having the 2nd highest attendee satisfaction scores in the United States for full-day seminars.

 

John received his Bachelors Degree from Furman University in Greenville, South Carolina.
